Communications between Peter and myself were excellent before, during and after the move…. Yes, he knew exactly where I could find the remote controls 🤭🤣
Peter and the guys were respectful, careful, and more than capable. They did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them for your next move.

I couldn’t recommend these guys more highly.
From the very first phone call, they were helpful, responsive, and professional. My piano move was organised at quite short notice, and they went above and beyond to make it happen. Communication was excellent the entire way through — not only with me, but also with the pickup location.
On the day, they were friendly, down-to-earth, and handled my piano with great care. The whole experience, from start to finish, was exceptional. If I ever need a piano moved again, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them, and I’d happily recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, professional piano movers.

Pete and his team went to the next level for our big move from tweed to Hervey bay. 100% satisfied with their planning, quoting and their pre inspection of the job which required pick up from 2 locations. Appreciate your professionalism and team work. Definately recommended. Regards Brad

I recently used AM Removals for my move. From the quote, once I confirmed I was going ahead, to the actaul removal I was kept informed every step of the way including arrival times, type of truck, number of people involved and their names. The 3 men who did the loading and unloading were fantastic. They were efficient, worked incredibly hard despite the extreme heat that day, and unloaded quickly. Everything was placed where I requested including boxes in the room order I planned to unpack and stacked neatly in the garage. Nothing seemed to faze them at all. I would highly recommend the company and would most definately use them again.

Fantastic service from AM Removals. We had rain on the day we moved house but John & Chris were not deterred by this. Nothing was too much trouble & care was taken with all our things. Navigating our steep driveway & taking large items of furniture up the stairs at the front of the house was all done with ease. We would certainly recommend AM removals if you are moving house.

I have moved interstate a number of times and overseas and I have to say that AM Removals were the best removalists I have ever used! The whole process was so easy. John and Peter were so great to deal with in the lead up and organisation and made the whole process so personable and flexible to our needs. On the day, the removalists were so fast, friendly and had such care for our belongings. I am an interior designer and have collected many antique belongings which are so meaningful to me, the guys took such amazing care. I will 100% use AM Removals moving forward. Moving is super stressful and difficult but they really helped in relieving that stress- thank you guys!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding service from Pete, Chris and John!
We had a big move — furniture from both Mum’s house and mine — and these three absolute legends made it look easy. Pete, Chris and John were punctual, professional, and had such a great attitude all day. They handled everything with care, worked like a well-oiled machine, and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right.
Nothing was too hard, no corners cut, and the whole experience was completely stress-free thanks to them. If you want a team that shows up, gets it done with a smile, and treats your stuff like their own, look no further.
Huge thanks to AM Removals — you’ve got a top-notch crew. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone!

Very professional. Your property is extremely well taken care of. A lot of thought goes into where items are placed for protection, stability of the load and maximum storage. They are a great team. Everything upfront and honest. They communicate well and keep you updated.

The AM Removal team went the extra mile to help us move a very large item. Frustrated by Public Holidays and wet weather holding us up, they fit us into their busy schedule and I thank them for their hard (and I mean HARD) work!

First it worked out well, even though a beautiful old cupboard broke. But then they refused to remove the plants, because „they are dirty“. First I understood this, but then we had 12 (!!!!!!!) days of daily (!!!!) conversation about the removal of the plants. We had several new appointments (!!!!) when they wanted to pick them up… but each appointment was canceled due to various „reasons“, e.g. I want a day off, my staff is sich etc etc etc etc. I really understand how things can go, but after 12 days of constant cancellations of the appointments I said we stop this now. If the company doesn’t have the right staff, then they shouldn’t offer the service and say, „sorry, I cannot do it“. Or whatever. But having 12 days of conversation which led to nothing: no way!

AM Removals are the best removalists we've ever had. The company is local to our Tweed coast and Pete provided friendly and helpful services all the way through.
The team leader John was meticulous in ensuring the truck was packed safely and securely. It was all done like clockwork. I have some odd shaped equipment that was all moved safely and in tact.
The whole team were polite, friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they did an excellent job. I higly recommend AM removals.

Peter and has team are amazing! We knew the Google reviews were good, but they went above and beyond to make our move seamless. The conditions of the move were not what we expected and at the last minute, Peter was able to add extra staff and extra vehicle and make it all happen smoothly in record time. Highly recommend!
