From the very first phone call, they were helpful, responsive, and professional. My piano move was organised at quite short notice, and they went above and beyond to make it happen. Communication was excellent the entire way through — not only with me, but also with the pickup location.
On the day, they were friendly, down-to-earth, and handled my piano with great care. The whole experience, from start to finish, was exceptional. If I ever need a piano moved again, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them, and I’d happily recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, professional piano movers.

Have used these guys 3 times for both local and interstate removals . They were prompt , professional and kept me informed along the way. Nothing was an issue even though i have moved out of 4 storey buildings ,provided limited access and have provided all the things removalist hate .Nothing was a problem .Highly recommend and will only use AM Removals if i move

We had a situation where our Removalist didn’t show up and we found this company And try our luck. Pete understood our situation as everything was packed and ready to move out but our pre-organising Removalist decided to stop answering the phone. Peter organised special job to be done on Saturday considering is a long weekend is much appreciated.
Troy and Maddy were Very professional and got the job done in very professional manner.

I recently used AM Removals for my move. From the quote, once I confirmed I was going ahead, to the actaul removal I was kept informed every step of the way including arrival times, type of truck, number of people involved and their names. The 3 men who did the loading and unloading were fantastic. They were efficient, worked incredibly hard despite the extreme heat that day, and unloaded quickly. Everything was placed where I requested including boxes in the room order I planned to unpack and stacked neatly in the garage. Nothing seemed to faze them at all. I would highly recommend the company and would most definately use them again.

Fantastic service from AM Removals. We had rain on the day we moved house but John & Chris were not deterred by this. Nothing was too much trouble & care was taken with all our things. Navigating our steep driveway & taking large items of furniture up the stairs at the front of the house was all done with ease. We would certainly recommend AM removals if you are moving house.

I have moved interstate a number of times and overseas and I have to say that AM Removals were the best removalists I have ever used! The whole process was so easy. John and Peter were so great to deal with in the lead up and organisation and made the whole process so personable and flexible to our needs. On the day, the removalists were so fast, friendly and had such care for our belongings. I am an interior designer and have collected many antique belongings which are so meaningful to me, the guys took such amazing care. I will 100% use AM Removals moving forward. We had a big move — furniture from both Mum’s house and mine — and these three absolute legends made it look easy. Pete, Chris and John were punctual, professional, and had such a great attitude all day. First it worked out well, even though a beautiful old cupboard broke. But then they refused to remove the plants, because „they are dirty“. First I understood this, but then we had 12 (!!!!!!!) days of daily (!!!!) conversation about the removal of the plants. We had several new appointments (!!!!) when they wanted to pick them up… but each appointment was canceled due to various „reasons“, e.g. I want a day off, my staff is sich etc etc etc etc. I really understand how things can go, but after 12 days of constant cancellations of the appointments I said we stop this now. If the company doesn’t have the right staff, then they shouldn’t offer the service and say, „sorry, I cannot do it“. Or whatever. But having 12 days of conversation which led to nothing: no way!

The team leader John was meticulous in ensuring the truck was packed safely and securely. It was all done like clockwork. I have some odd shaped equipment that was all moved safely and in tact.
